Went to visit Blair, Ne for a juant up north of Omaha, Ne to a new food place to try. Cliff and I wasn't disappointed with what we found. He enjoyed a childhood favorite called Portabella Mushroom Fries, and today's house special called Guilty Pleasure burger. And i enjoyed one Bacon Blue with a starter of Pepper jack cruds. Though one of the chefs Craig said we need to come back for their famous Brisket!! Our waistress Bailey did a great job of customer service too. Definetly will be back again, especially in winter for their brisket chilli...oh my Yum!

Stopped in with a coworker that had been there before. Had the garlic cheese curds as a starter. You could smell the garlic as they were bringing them out. Delicious! Many good looking items on the menu. I like to try a Reuben when I find a new place that I can get them. It was also very good. Nice atmosphere and the waitress was very attentive. Blair doesn't have many places to eat on a weeknight early in the week and I definitely recommend it.

Excellent value for your money. Food came out quick, hot and tasty. We will be stopping here again.

BLT sandwich was on special and it seemed to me to be a great appetizer choice. IT WAS! I couldn't pass up the chance to experience the Philly with fries. I broke my rule of not setting it down once I pick it up. I literally had to rest my arms. Perfectly crisp fries.

Not sure why this place was so empty. The food was really good. Our waitress was fast and attentive and the prices are great. We look forward to going again.

We ate at the Red Brick for the first time and we loved it! We highly recommend the fried pickles and garlic cheese balls but all the food was hot and delicious! The food is decently priced as well, no complaints there. Our server was amazing as well, she was super sweet and attentive. The establishment was clean and we were able to sit right away. The shuffle board looks awesome and we plan to play next time we’re here! Overall we’re impressed and will definitely be back here, soon!

Great little local bar. Food was great,price was good, watress was on point always filling glasses when 1/2 empty, very sweet lady. Only down side was little on the hot side and we had a fly that just wouldnt go away. But thats not there fault. Will go there again without a doubt. I got a cobo chicken sandwitch with fries, others got stake philly,and chicken fingers and fries. There fries are thick cut and a little crispy we loved them.

You really need to look carefully around Blair Nebraska to find a good burger. Much more so if you have celiac disease and you don't have the luxury to be able to enjoy a bun, something most take for granted. Most burger places hide the size of their meat between gargantuan buns. Not so here. The patty itself had to be as thick as my hand at least and my hands are not small. The atmosphere is great, like some of those old buildings in the Old Market area in Omaha. Staff were very friendly, it did take a little bit of time for the food but honestly it was well worth it and I would do so all over again. I will definitely be coming back here regularly. In case the guys over there read this, please compliment the chef. He did good.
